We charge a nominal $3 per capita fee for tasting.		Hours of Operation - We are now open Friday and Saturday from 10 to 6 and Sunday from 12 to 6. We charge a nominal $3 tasting fee which is normally waived with wine purchase. Praise for 2005 Chardonnay - Our 2005 Texas Chardonnay was reviewed in the October 2006 issue of Chile Pepper magazine. it was described as "lightly spicy, with sweet taste of vanilla and supple fruit". It received a score of 86 (very good) on a 100-point scale.
