2000 Chenin Blanc
Prepared from North Texas grapes, this dry Chenin Blanc is a pale yellow and has pineapple and guava fruit flavors.

2000 Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit for this wine came from the "Fredericksburg in the Texas Hill Country" grape-growing area. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels and then aged in stainless tanks. It has a light straw color, medium body, peach and tropical fruit flavors and a slight taste of oak.

2000 Rose of Chenin
Three wines were combined to produce this delightful orange-pink Texas Blush. This light, dry wine is excellent with pork and ham dishes.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon High Plains
This full-bodied, deep red wine was aged in some American and some French oak barrels for twelve months. The wine in the two types of barrels was blended for the finished wine.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Fredericksburg
Aged in French oak, this rich, ruby red wine has soft tannins and a taste of blackberry.

We purchased our Cabernet Sauvignon from two different grape growing regions (viticultural areas) of Texas. We bottled them separately and labeled them according to the place of origin of the grapes. For information on Texas viticultural areas see www.twgga.org/texas.htm.
